Here's a poster of my version of SMBZ Season 2.
The story continues started after SMBZ Episode 8.
The new character join with SMBZ is Blaze The Cat.
She know what happened after Mecha Sonic kill Sonic's friends and both Chaos Emeralds, Mecha Sonic, Sonic and Shadow are in Mushroom Kingdom.
She use the power of the Sun Emeralds to open the portal to Mushroom Kingdom and join with Mario and Sonic and their friends.

it is possible that blaze and silver could still be alive since blaze lives in another dimension and silvers from the future. plus they weren't mentioned in the episode where sonic tells his story, Neither were the chaotix.
